The positive is that it comes with an instruction book, definitely tasty, and a grease tray which I liked. Very quick bake but warm it up for at least 5 minutes. I used butter on each side, definitely gives the sandwich a nice taste. I also recommend a hot mit to hold the top down initially, then leave it for 3-4 minutes. Now my biggest issue is that I used sourdough bread but I could only cook one sandwich at a time, now I recommend smaller bread and don’t put a lot on each sandwich, and use a spatula to take it off. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick.
