We absolutely love this faucet!! Ours was an open box so the only weird thing is the water stream can occasionally separate slightly. But, we reached out to Kohler and they’re sending us a new faucet head for free! We also sometimes wish the pull down functionality was longer. But definitely not a deal breaker. It looks great and overall works well. I’ve had the shower tower installed for 2 years and it still works great. However, my primary reason for this particular unit was to allow me to run at least 2 of the shower elements at the same time.
