Then finally opened so I could check for damage and then he refused to bring it in my house because it was "too heavy". Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse.
