After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. The ILVE Professional Plus 30-inch range is combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The large multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100 to 500° F. The 4.0 cubic feet oven cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The induction range has 4 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3200W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
