This states that there is a footrest but it does not! The seat is quite high so a short person would have trouble hoisting themselves onto it. I'm sure it's because there is no footrest so you need to sit high for your feet to dangle if used as a transport chair. We went to the park up the street to test it out and it's built VERY well, when we originally put it together, the back padding part kept pushing up against my wife's knees because she's much shorter so I took it off.
