This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. It doesn’t help that the light flashes thru its colors quickly and there’s no way to turn it down or off. Hope I grow to tolerate it better.. Anonymous. Fri Feb 13 2026

Pros: The weight of the door is good if you upgrade to the thicker glass. The overall look is nice. Cons: The rollers are uneven and loud, the installer said they are on the cheaper side and expected higher quality from Kohler. The two doors have different opacity in the frosting with the permanent one frosted and the roller door more see through. The black lines are not metal lining as we expected but instead black paint inside the glass. Installation is incredibly difficult and took our experienced contractor over 5 hours and continual frustration. Overall, it is an OK door for the price but left a lot to be desired.. Frosty323.
