This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. I really like this couch it is massive. It is odd going from a normal spring couch to feathered. You will sink. If you are heavier I wouldn’t suggest it I don’t know if it would be comfortable or suitable. It is the best alternative to the cloud couch for the price. The actual covers on the couch are more velvet than cloth compared to the cloud couch. Only thing that made it 4 stars was I ordered when there was 3 left it updated and said 2 left ( important). Said would be here next week got back ordered 3 months even though I ordered in a timely manner and sadly they only gave 10 off for inconvenience. Updated and came 2 months earlier than expected. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people.
