Easy to install, I really like the finish it has. I'm using it to give color to my house, the surface is matte smooth. The surface does not reflect direct light. This excellently hides watermarks, fingerprints and everyday soap stains. It withstands heavy footwear, pet claws, and furniture movement without scratching or fading. Tolerates heavy traffic of footwear, pet claws and movement of furniture without scratching or losing color. It does not require periodic chemical sealants.
