A beautiful wall clock that combines the fine texture of wood and paper. Thomson Paper has a clock face made of an unique design paper called Mermaid, named after the ripples of the sea, the home of the mermaid. Gentle, pleasant, and with superb choice of color, designer Yuichi Nara creates a three-dimensional numbers on the Thomson Paper's clock face using the iconic Thomson die-cutting machine, used to manufacture puzzles. The edges of the number outlines stamped out are naturally rounded like a tensed water surface and drop soft shadows into the spaces stamped out. Part of the Lemnos Plywood core collection.

I gulped a little bit before dropping $170 on a wall clock, but the blue color was just what we were looking for to pick up the same tone as our kitchen island. I also liked the 3D "carving" of the numerals into the paper clock face. Once arrived and on the wall, it hits all the right things and looks great. We are very happy with it. We were looking for the perfect size couch for an upstairs covered porch and this fits perfect. Says 10 minutes to assemble but that’s after reading the instructions, and factoring in and subtracting every time you drop a washer or nut or bolt. Cushions are firm and comfortable. Worth the cost. I was afraid of buying without trying. Other reviews helped us decide. Pictures show without cushion as we tried different locations. Final location (for now) with cushions.. Maureen.
