This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. We have converted our garage into a “hang out” spot with a pool table and karaoke machine etc. We love hanging out in there. Unfortunately, it is not connected with our central heat/air system. We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple.
