It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. We upgraded from a traditional stainless-steel sink to this granite composite model as part of our kitchen refresh, and the difference has been remarkable.
