Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. This authentic vintage traditional distressed Anatolian rug is hand-knotted with a distressed all-wool pile on a cotton foundation. This rug has been distressed by being sheared down to a low/zero pile. There are some minor imperfections, see photos, this rug is in very good condition.* The images provided are as accurate as possible. Due to the differences in computer monitors, smartphones, and tablets, the rug’s colors may vary slightly. Our vintage, antique, and used rugs have been professionally washed, and each rug is inspected before shipment.

In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents.
