This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. The mattress does appear to be more comfortable than the one that was being used by our toddler. We had one that used springs and was completely covered with plastic which I did not love. This mattress does not have inner springs, it is made of sponge, the dual-sided makes it suitable for infants and for toddlers by simply flipping the mattress from one side to the other. I do like that this mattress has a fabric cover which makes it less noisy that the one we had, but I’m afraid it will have to be washed so many times with a toddler that has learned how to take his PJs off including his diaper. The mattress cover does have a large zipper for removing which should make it simple enough for washing. There’s a label to indicate the side to be used for toddler vs infant but I’m still not sure which side is which. I took a best guess and seems to be working just fine. Another thing that is not great is that there is no cover to the mattress itself. Once the outer cover is removed there’s nothing over the sponge mattress, you’re left with the bare sponge; not a big deal, I was just caught off guard as I was expecting something over the sponge mattress and then the cover over that. Overall, it seems to be good crib mattress, and I hope it is more comfortable for my toddler. He does seem to sleep a bit better than before, but he can’t let us know yet.. Claudia. Hartland, WI. Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is a traditional toilet with smart features, and given the reputation and stellar history of Toto that accompanies this toilet, this unit is ultra-reasonably priced.
