Crafted from 100% FSC-certified cedar lumber and powder-coated aluminum, this screen looks the same from both sides. We recommend applying a stain every 6 months to maintain optimal color. Transparent or semi-transparent exterior stains will maintain the natural wood look, while solid stains will cover more of the natural wood grain. If the product goes longer than recommended without staining, it will need to be sanded and may require a semi-solid or solid stain. Our slatted design is not only aesthetically appealing but also provides for efficient airflow while around air conditioning units. Each kit comes with 2 sections to make a recommended right angle. Additional boxed sets can be purchased if you would like to create a bigger enclosure. Please note individual panels and parts are not for sale.

Outwater’s “Edgemate” edge banding tape provides a smooth, neat finish to any project. This 25 ft. roll of real wood veneer edge banding can be used to repair or enhance furniture, cabinets, shelves, and DIY crafts. It works great on wood, plywood, particle board, hardboard, and metal. The brown veneer trim is pre-glued with strong hot melt adhesive. Glue is evenly distributed on the trim for a permanent bond on your furniture or shelf edges. Glue is activated by heat. To apply the veneer edge banding, simply iron it onto the surface using a household iron or edge banding machine. If using a household iron, turn the heat setting to cotton/high. The veneer is made of Grade A quality with beautiful long-lasting finish. Also, the edge banding tape can be trimmed if needed or lightly sanded down to fit your furniture edge.
