This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. This is a great Air Conditioning unit! It came assembled and with all the pieces needed to run outside. We have it set up on a sun porch and love how fast it cools the space. Works as advertised. Make sure to set the braces to the right length before putting it through your window. That will save time from adjusting it while sticking your body out of the window.
