This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. We are extremely happy with this water cooler. We were renting one through a water company and opted to purchase this one. This water cooler is significantly quieter than the previous one we had (Primo Brand). Whereas it would make a loud noise when when pouring room temperature water this unit makes zero noise. Mind you, we are not using the hot or cold water functionally continuously but only as needed to cut down on our electricity bill. It was a great machine at first, we received the product in a timely manner on July 29th 2025 and it was working beautifully, now December 31st 2025 it stopped making ice and keeps giving a flashing power button.. everything else works but the ice maker (main reason for purchase) it’s very expensive product for it to give out in 5 months. I like my ice maker that makes nugget-ice. Two bottles of water makes about half gal. of ice. I keep it in my freezer untill needed. Really powerful fan! It has the option of a cool mist that's great for dry air. You can use it separate from the fan as well. It also has a cooling function. You put water in the base and add the ice packs that are included to make the fan blow cooler air. It's not nearly as cool as an air conditioner but it's better than hot dry air blowing when it's too warm out. It comes with 4 ice packs so you can use two and have two in the freezer to switch out. The fan looks really nice and doesn't take up a large footprint. It has given me the ability to put off using the air conditioner a bit.
