Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The Folding Grill Table is a nice little table to have nearby when grilling. The cart arrived with all parts and a small wrench to assist putting the wheels on. The folding part is a little tricky. Unfortunately, one of the rollers to assist with the table portion was broken off so it’s difficult to fold this particular table. My sincere apologies for the late review for this amazing grill. I’ve been trying to get this in for 2 weeks with problems with photos and a tree falling in my backyard. I had photos from my old phone that did not transfer over no matter what I tried. Then a 40’ maple toppled over in my yard during a crazy unexpected storm. Please excuse the fact I didn’t take out the grates to clean fully. This grill works like a dream and is pleasing to the eyes. I’ll have to admit it was time consuming to assemble, but so worth its top end performance and even cooking from 4 burners! There is ample room for cooking several steaks with enough room to add some corn on the cob or burgers hotdogs, baked potatoes … you name it. I can easily cook dinner for 6 to 10 people on this grill all at once. This grill came quickly and was very professionally packaged and handled.
