Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Quality Real Sauna Experience Delivery was fast and professional — they rolled the crate right into my garage. Everything arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Assembly took about 12 hours with two people. I’m pretty handy, but having a second person definitely helps. The barrel design goes together logically if you take your time. The cedar wood quality is excellent, and once heated, the smell is incredible — exactly what you expect from a traditional sauna. The 6 kW heater performs great. It heats the sauna to 180°F in about an hour. I prefer higher temps (185°F), and with minor airflow adjustments I’m confident it can reach 185–190°F. Steam over the stones feels strong but comfortable. As a heavy sauna user, I was very satisfied with how my body felt afterward — deep relaxation and a powerful sweat. Energy use seems reasonable for a 6 kW unit. Important tip The heater has a delay timer zone. To start heating immediately, turn the knob clockwise past the delay section and then back slightly into the first heating zone. Otherwise, it will wait before turning on. Also, after about one hour the heater automatically shuts off, so you’ll need to repeat the turn-on procedure if you want to maintain heat longer. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase.
