Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent. What is really annoying about this product is the beeping. Anytime the light is turned on, with remote or wall switch, the unit makes a loud beep. We called for support on this from the manufacturer and they said it can’t be disabled. Every time we want to turn the light on the our baby’s room there’s a loud beep, non-negotiable.
