Super quiet. I only wish I’d checked the wiring diagram. To work the nightlight, fan, and regular light all separately you’re gonna need 3 switches in your bathroom. We only had two and we installed extra lights above the shower so we went with one switch to work the shower lights and one that works both the fan and light together. The humidity sensing feature will automatically turn the fan on when a preset level has been reached, thus allowing for proper ventilation throughout the room.

This is a nice fan!!! The description is not accurate, it has no light. It was not a surprise for me because I got a description from the Broan site using the fan's code AE50110DCS. I had AE50110DC and wanted to replace it with an automatic fan that turns on automatically when humidity is high and works for a specific period of time (it has a timer, a duration is up to 60 min). The fan allows the user to select a speed 50, 80 or 110 CFM. My previous fan (AE50110DC) had a permanent speed of 110. AE50110DCS at 110 makes the same level of noise as AE50110DC at 110. AE50110DCS at 80 is a little bit quieter, just a little bit. Therefore, I selected the speed 50 CFM which is really quiet for me. I set a humidity selector at 70% and a timer at 60 min. I know that for a 4PC bathroom the speed of 50 CFM is not enough but I keep a door to the bathroom open all the time and the fan will run for 60 minutes, then check humidity again and start a new 60-min cycle if humidity is above 70%. I guess it should be enough, time will show. I had a choice to buy a bigger Panasonic fan which is as quiet at 110 CFM as this fan at 50 CFM, but decided to use a fan with the same dimensions as my old one. I love this pergola! I had been debating one for years and finally found one with all the features I wanted. We dont have any trees so theres no natural covering, and the backyard gets blasted with sun during the day. This pergola is perfect for manually adjusting the 4 different sections of louvers for the amount of sun wanted. We havent used the curtains or netting yet but I love having the option when needed. We paid for assembly which occurred over 3 days and 3 different crews. Caution- I dont recommend using the included anchors for anchoring to your base, unless your base is absolutely perfectly level. This prefabricated storage shed 5-foot wide double door makes it easy to move larger items into this handy space. The higher 7-foot walls add more headroom as well. This collection makes a great addition to any backyard.

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed!
