The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. This faucet looks great and was very easy to assemble and install. The black and gold finish gives it a modern, high-end appearance, and it feels solid once installed. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the faucet sits quite high above the sink. While the tall design looks nice, it causes water to splash more than expected, especially when the water pressure is turned up.
