I like it. Although I couldn't tell any difference with the heat feature so I don't think there is one. For those who say it's too hard, I mean your feet aren't locked in you can move them and adjust the intensity. I see photos where people use these for their calves as well, which was really why I wanted it. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. This chair is actually very comfortable, and I can sit for much longer compared to my old one. The mesh wasn’t my favorite at first since I prefer softer fabric, but I got used to it and now it’s fine. The 6D armrests were a bit annoying in the beginning because they move a lot, but once I figured them out, they became easy to use. The massage uses small rolling balls, not a real massage chair but still a nice extra. The heating is mild but adds some comfort.
