This chair is actually very comfortable, and I can sit for much longer compared to my old one. The mesh wasn’t my favorite at first since I prefer softer fabric, but I got used to it and now it’s fine. The 6D armrests were a bit annoying in the beginning because they move a lot, but once I figured them out, they became easy to use. The massage uses small rolling balls, not a real massage chair but still a nice extra. The heating is mild but adds some comfort. Nice looking brown chair with rose gold color metal on it. Easy to connect blue tooth. No assembly. well packaged. There are things that should be in the instruction booklet that aren't. The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. This is a comfortable chair. It was slightly difficult to put together, but the deed was done. Did I mention it was worth it though? It is heavy, which made it difficult to move from the house to the office. I'm able to sit in it for long hours at a time. The color was exactly as pictured. Im giving this chair 5 stars because of the features. I purchased two of these chairs in beige. However, this is a very firm chair and I was hoping for more cushion in the seat area. I suffer from pain in my tailbone and unfortunately this chair doesnt help that. I do love all the added features of this chair and inspite of the firmness I would still recommend it if you arent bothered by pain. The fact you can raise just your feet and the back is separately adjustable is gold. Its very hard to find a chair with all the quality features this one has. The color is very pretty and as shown. The delivery went well, I was able to catch the Fed ex delivery person when they pulled in and got them to bring them to the door, otherwise they would have left them outside. Wayfair keeps you notified when delivery should arrive so just be on the lookout for them so they dont just leave them wherever.
