I’ve been through at least 5 different door locks and not one of them has held up like this one has. Installation was easy and quick, mostly because I’ve done this a few times already. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it. When I first receive my order the frame was broken and Wayfair wanted to give me a 25.00 discount for a picture that was 170.00 dollars make no sense. The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
