It is very easy to wash up with a rag or a hose, messes are totally easy to clean. This type of material you can leave out all year long in the snow and the rain will not hurt the material. We have rockers in this material and we’ve had those for three years and they are still the same from the day we got them, so I definitely recommend this bar table and swivel chairs. For us though, after placing it against a wall and in the corner, no worries about the wind. Looks nice, needs some sort of latching hardware for one door,,, I used magnets.
