We've used this vanity 3 years and it still looks great! Yes, the marble top needs to be sealed with an impregnator as all natural stone tops require. We did it every three months until it prevented water marks. The drawers do need a slight tug to open. After reading other reviews, I am excited to swap out the hardware to provide a nice update. It’s a beautiful vanity well made, loved that it’s all wood. No worries with drawers falling apart the smooth closing! It was functional esp the deep drawers 6 drawers was what I needed.
