Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Carpet is as described. It is soft and the texture is great for high traffic areas. I had a runner already for 3 years that is exactly the same product so I know first hand that it can take a beating, although it has lost a little bit of softness but that is a given.
