Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. love this vanity. materials are all quality, shipped nicely. note that you do have to assemble the marble top and install the sink yourself, but we had no issues. my only feedback (and i should have read the specs better) is that it feels a bit tall for a bathroom vanity - it's like kitchen counter height and i prefer my bathroom vanities to be a bit shorter.. This beautifully designed farmhouse sink instantly elevates any kitchen. Its smooth, high gloss apron front serves as an elegant centerpiece for the entire kitchen. Durable ceramic construction with high temperature heat-treated vitreous glazed surface to resist stains and scratches.

My first worry was will it arrive in one piece. The packaging of the sink was thick foam, fully cushioning it, protecting from bumps and knocks which occur in the normal delivery process. Fits perfectly in the space, no problems occurred in the install. Purchased an older home, gutted the kitchen, thought I’d save some money on an apron front, double sink. The double sink was lighter in weight constructed of thinner material. Had it for 2 years when it was damaged when a 3 qt cast iron Dutch oven pot bumped the bottom of the sink creating a hole. My handiman, said it should have chipped but not have caused a hole in it. The cost of the old one was roughly 250, you get what you pay for. The new sink has been cast from a heavier thicker material. First impression is ‘that sink is HUGE!’ It is 37” across, hard to find a drop in of this size. I went with these to save about $1000 on each as compared to the ones from the kitchen/bath store my builder wanted me to use. I ordered two white ones for our new home remodel for an en-suite and our powder room. They are great. They are a bit lower quality than the one I have in my current home from a kitchen/bath vendor but better than the big box store options. I’m happy with the quality particularly given the thousand dollar difference per vanity. The drawers could be 3 inches longer (there is wasted space behind them). The wood drawers feel a bit lighter and are a little thinner than the more expensive one I have but they have great soft close drawers, a nice finish, and a beautiful top. Ordered this farmhouse sink in glossy blue. Absolutely love it! Color is even better than it appears online. More iridescent. This handcrafted kitchen sink is constructed from 18-gauge, 304 grade stainless steel. Brushed satin finish tend to hide water spots, scratches and helps resist corrosion and rust. The drain on this model is close to the wall of the sink and it comes with basket strainer and drain cover to help protect from blockage and other items falling into the drain. The bottom of the sinks are adopted scientific X-shaped diversion design which make it fastly, effectively drain off water and keep it cleaning and drying. It also comes with a protective stainless steel bottom grid to safeguard the surface of your sink. The outer side of the sink's bottom is not only covered with sound dampening pads (asphalt), but also sprayed with damp-proof paint coating to achieve the effect of noise reduction and moisture absorption, making the sink quieter to use and reducing condensation at the bottom of the sink.
