This standard motorized patio retractable awning includes a pre-installed white powder-coated aluminum protective hood. The awning is heavy-duty, fully assembled, DIY, and hand-crafted. The awning fabric cover and valance are woven out of the Beauty-Mark branded 100% acrylic fabric and have resistant coatings to help (1) maintain its rich color while being exposed to harsh UV rays, (2) prevent mildew and soil buildup, and (3) maintain a water-resistant barrier allowing for rain to roll off of the awning and not soak through the fabric. It is recommended that the awnings are used only during sunny weather and to avoid the use of the awning during poor weather conditions such as rain, snow, high winds, etc. The performance of awning is durable and can withstand high winds up to 35mph. I had looked in a few stores and online to find a backsplash for a bathroom vanity with a quartz countertop with veining. I finally found it on Wayfair and it matched perfectly, including the tone of white. It doesn't have a lot veining, but enough to make it look like it's part of the vanity. There should be a better picture on the Wayfair site because you can't see the veining well. I was worried that it wouldn't be a close match, so I was thrilled when I saw it on the vanity. We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was. I'm very pleased with this sink and vanity top. It'll look fantastic with the vanity we purchased and perfectly suits our bathroom remodel. Haven't installed it yet, so I'll update with pictures once it's in place, but initial impressions are excellent. Edit: We've been using this for over a year now, and. still love it. Water does tend to linger in the corners on occasion. but nothing that warrants a star reduction. Update: The sink is now installed in our bathroom - FINALLY. It looks wonderful with the vanity we chose, fits just as expected. The counter space is much bigger than I thought it would be, giving plenty of room to put the things I use on a regular basis without feeling crowded and cramped. Quality and aesthetics are excellent. The one tiny bummer is that the overflow has a chrome accent that doesn't mesh perfectly with our brushed nickel hardware - not a big enough deal to remove any stars, though.
