Other reviewers are correct when saying the temperature dial needs to be set above the needed temp to get a correct preheat. Remedy with a hanging oven thermometer. Do not, I repeat, Do not get the ‘GE Installation’ service with this appliance. Even if you buy an installation kit. The technician will come in, excuse in hand, and will tell you that any dust, or light green on the gas pipe disallows them to service the installation. (When plumbers test for gas leaks upon installation they spray a little water on the line, leading to a light green) Be ready with your own plumber on the day of delivery. Each tall metal nutcracker stands atop a 5.5" tall circular base (resembling a snare drum) which holds and conceals one of the two battery packs with on/off switch for the white LED lights in the leg (the second pack is hidden in the back of the nutcracker and controls the lights on the jacket). Ordered this is dark grey and it is absolutely perfect. Its by chance that I found this because we had already ordred one from a big box store that was delayed on the shipping for six months.
