These are cool lights with a couple of caveats. First, they got here fast—within 24 hours. They are Vickerman—a quality brand of lights. However, I was going for a pastel-light look these are considerably brighter—and more traditional Christmas colors. They are white plastic balls when they are off. On the technical side, you cannot connect strings. We had to run each string down to a power strip. Additionally, they are not dimmable. Since I was dealing with a broken light situation, these worked fine. I’m still hunting for a pastel set for next year. The perfect set would be a remote operated, dimmable, with light color choices of pastel, bright and white settings. No crazy flashy business. Please make these Vickerman!. Tc. MN. Fri Dec 09 2022
