We’re extremely happy with the Touchstone Sideline Elite fireplace. The flame looks very realistic and bright, and being able to adjust the flame speed is a great feature. The flame and base color options are excellent and don’t look cheap at all. It’s definitely worth the extra cost compared to cheaper options—this looks and functions like a very high-end fireplace without having to spend thousands more. It added a beautiful, premium touch to our new media wall. It came with a log, driftwood and crystals. So, you can style it however you like. The only downside was the shipping speed. Delivery through Wayfair took about two weeks, which caused some inconvenience. Other than that, the fireplace itself is amazing. This low and long tv stand is modern looking. Sleek and stylish. I like that there is a wood texture to the tv stand, its not just flat, white. I replaced a dark tv stand, the low and long design of this opened up my living room. I like the glass doors at either end. The shelf inside is adjustable too. The tv stand alone took me 2.5 hours to assemble at a casual pace. I had help fitting the fireplace because of the weight and the glass front but the rest one person can do. I love the option of having the logs or crystals in the fireplace. The instructions were easy to understand and follow. Nice symmetry when paired with a 65" TV. Easy install. We framed out a 2x6" wall in front of the existing 2x4" in living room wall. Ran a dedicated 20 amp circuit because all these wall fireplaces pull a lot of power when on high. Used a recessed outlet in 2x4" wall directly behind fireplace rough in.
