There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans.
