I got the Bluetooth and WiFi one. I love it, I don’t have to worry about keys or trying to remember if the door is locked. Also, through the app, it tells me when the door opens, closes, remains open, and who opened it. Not super hard to set up, but the instructions aren’t that clear either. The lock was the easiest. The handle, a little harder because I needed to add an extra hole to the door (Using a drill). These are excellent door knobs. Our builder installed Kwikset knobs throughout our home on interior doors and on the exterior doors with Smartkey. When one exterior entry knob failed after a couple of years, Kwikset immediately sent out a replacement. I followed the enclosed instructions and the knob functions perfectly. With the Smartkey function I was able to easily rekey the knob to match my old key. No need to call a locksmith. Didn't even have to bother my husband to replace it! Love these things! Wayfair customer service was like in the "good ol' days". Happy to do business with Wayfair. The product is good quality. But the manufacturer could do its end users a real favor by making very clear that one unmarked screw should NOT be removed. All it would take would be a little sticky note on the piece. Instead the manufacturer chooses to sell you a replacement part ($34).
