The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Quick delivery. Fairly easy to assemble. Firmer than expected but it should break in the more I use it. The two negatives 1. lumbar support is more than I need and we have it on the lowest setting. 2. It also doesn’t recline. It says it reclines 90-110 degrees. That is false. This is a comfortable chair. It was slightly difficult to put together, but the deed was done. Did I mention it was worth it though? It is heavy, which made it difficult to move from the house to the office. I'm able to sit in it for long hours at a time. The color was exactly as pictured.
