Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . Extremely disappointed with the delivery service and product quality. I paid extra for in-home delivery, but the crew was unhelpful and failed to realize the unit needed to be unboxed to fit inside. When I attempted to return the item due to this experience, customer service incorrectly informed me that a return was impossible. I ultimately brought the stove inside myself, only to discover it was missing the gas regulator. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, support gave me the runaround on live chat. I had to source and purchase the missing regulator independently to get this brand-new stove installed. Terrible service and zero accountability.
