As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. It did take 4 weeks for delivery, which seemed to be excessive, considering it was made in the U.S. Overall, we’re happy with this purchase and I believe this recliner will last a long time..
