Start or stop a cycle or open the door on either washer without interrupting the other.

I do like the sidekick pedestal washer for small loads and when I spill on an article of clothing that I want to wash immediately. There are three speeds to the fan and we use the highest the most. Will caution that my contractor was surprised the opening to duct out was higher than he anticipated; mentioning this for anyone doing a remodel to ensure their contractor understands this before closing up walls in case any framing needs to be adjusted.
