I'm amending my review because the problems that I had with the clock were caused by me . After discussing the problem with the Wayfair Ridgeway representative , we determined that my lack of knowledge was the problem. I'm very happy with the clock. It's gorgeous. It keeps very good time and I love it. I'm extremely disappointed in this clock. I paid a lot of money for it to avoid buying a used clock that would be somebody else's headache. But this clock has turned into my own headache. I had a professional come and set it up. Ever since that day it has never kept time. Now here I am weeks into having it and my clock professional is just about ready to give up. For what I paid, I should have a decent clock that keeps time. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily.
