Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor. I suspect the removable section will either be used every time I do laundry or never again - time will tell, and Ive only had it in my possession for all of 24 hours. I purchased this not to replace a water haven set-up but just to replace same shower head (without ball connector) to the shower arm with ball socket. At the time I didn't know the shower arm was standard connection to the riser so a replacement arm and replacement head would have worked rather than this kit. The kit worked but after unscrewing the ball socket from the shower arm the adaptor wasn't able to be threaded because the points of the hexagonal nut protruded too far so I filed them down until it threaded in.
