This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. This will take 2-3 people to assemble (3 people for the roof to make it easier). If you are putting this together yourself you and helper or two should be able to get it done in about 6 hours or so. Once correctly assembled it is very sturdy and is exactly what we were looking for a more permanent structure. This replaces an all cloth (with metal frame) gazebo that we had and it looks like it is going to last quite nicely. The mosquito netting on the top is a bit of a joke. It isn't big enough to fit all around the interior roof. By the time you get half of the net up, the other half starts coming off the Velcro. Maybe it will stretch out over time? PRO's: - Very Sturdy once all assembled and mounted down. - Shipped with a lot of foam padding and hard wood ends to protect the roofing from damage. - Minor bends from shipping that could be bent back with pilers. - Cloth curtains and inner bug netting does fit all around (if installed correctly) to fully enclose the gazebo. - Cloth curtains also appear to be made of good quality fabric. - Says it will hold up to 3,000 lbs of snow, and wind gusts up to 55 mph. Where I live it will test this! CON's: - 1 of the 3 boxes is EXTREMELY HEAVY. The 480GSM PVC ceiling fabric is waterproof, UV-resistant and flame-retardant. It is designed without side walls for good lighting and ventilation (there are also options with side walls available). Equipped with 12 sets of thickened ground stakes and thick cotton wind ropes, it is stable and wind-resistant. The interior is spacious and can accommodate 50 people. It is delivered in 2 boxes, each with a 600D Oxford storage bag, along with an instruction manual and an assembly video, making it easy to pack.

This gazebo came out amazing. This is not something for a beginner to put together though. It came on a shipping palet with 5 very heavy boxes. It took my husband about a week to get it together.
