We have not had a chance to put this together. We are in the middle of moving and didn't want to damage it. That being said, the first impressions are really good. Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse.
