I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I purchased this and another blower from the same company. I used this 2HP blower for a larger bouncy castle I have set up. I saw other similar products but these looked a little more professionally made to me. (Brighter colors, easy to carry handle, etc) Also came with great instructions and even had troubleshooting if you ran into problems. I have been using this for 2 weeks in the Texas heat, and it even rained and I haven't run into any issues. Also the color is bright. From some of the photos of similar products I was expecting to get a dull brown, but this came as a bright orange. Great Blower and would recommend to anyone that has a large bouncy castle!. Patrick.
