We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. This heater can put out some heat!! I set mine at 60 degrees and it stays 70-80 degrees in my well insulated small home. It is NOT a wall insert - it mounts in the floor- I purchased it to mount on the wall and then had to call Wayfair because it does not mount on the wall as advertised.
