Great pendants! The bulb is completely hidden by the frosted glass. I have mine with LED bulbs and theyre on a dimmer. Theyre also on my sloped ceiling, so theyre pretty much compatible with everything. As the other reviews have said, it can be tricky to change the bulbs after its assembled. I didnt have an issue with it because I have small handsarms and they fit pretty easily in the frosted glass canister (which is approx 3.25 in diameter). Overall, people love them, and I do too! These are beautiful. Make sure you have right bulbs before hanging them. I bough these because they said max hanging height was 72”. They only gave extensions for 66”. Gorgeous! Nicely made and hang beautifully. I had no issues with the top part that attaches to the ceiling feeling flimsy as some others have suggested. Love that this takes the E24 bulbs so I could put cute hue spots in them. The only downside is that the wires in them are not color coded all the way down so when you trim to your length, you're not going to know which is ground, etc. This confused my electrician and we almost thought a few of them were broken until we switched the wires around and they worked.
