It seems as though these weights will be good for a lightweight workout. While they do weight 90 pounds over all, I worry about the integrity of the plastic they are made of. Very nice steel gun safe. We have military and law enforcement in the family so this will come in extremely handy keeping things safe. I just wish it was slightly larger, but it will work for now.
