I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I like the fact that it come with several hole adjustments for various size poles. I had to use the 1.5 inch hole tube. Update, have a new table with the umbrella hole. The Dann sofa is absolutely gorgeous, and it far exceeds my expectations. It's extremely well made, durable and comfortable. The top-grain leather is incredibly soft and it feels like butter to the touch. It's soooo comforting after having a long, busy, hectic day. The sofa is 73" in length, so it's long enough to stretch out on and take a nap, but the entire footprint of the sofa is small so it fits into a small living space as well. I purchased the Linen color, it's a very clean looking shade of ivory that's pure without any unattractive dirty looking yellow or beige undertones. I highly recommend buying this sofa.
