The vacuum is wonderful. It came fast and in perfect condition. It matched the picture spot on. It was super easy to get the app set up on my phone. The suction has a turbo mode that is great because I have 2 long hair cats. Hair did get wound up in the brush but there is a tool which made it simple to clean. It picked up @98% of everything on my hardwood floor and low pile carpet. On my high pile rug it picked up a little less but not a game changer. It is really loud when it empties though. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design.
