This set has been a problem since I received it! Assembly is extremely time-consuming and the instructions are not clear. I had to step away several times and now that I finally had time to complete the assembly I am in need of three damaged hardware parts. I contacted Wayfair for replacement parts but because I am outside of the 30-day window I was told there is nothing that can be done!! Wayfair has horrible customer service and I want everyone to know about it! The parts I need cannot be purchased at a hardware store so now I have a 1,300 item that is completely useless! This umbrella is amazing for the price! It is huge!!!! It has such good coverage! It took us 15 minutes to build and was very simple. The methodology is that you put two big sandbags on the bottom so it is sturdy and then they have a fabric that you cover the base with so you don’t see the bags which make this really flawless and beautiful. My only issue with this is that the color of the umbrella fabric is much darker than it showed in the picture. Besides for that I love this and I can’t wait to utilize this in my backyard!!. Ariella.
