I have not been able to have my contractor install this just yet as we are waiting for the soaking tub to be installed first. The hardware that comes with this includes two matching gold screws for each end of the grab bar and two wall anchors for each end. My contractor plans to install this into studs for added safety. I will definitely add new photos of this grab bar as soon as it is installed, as currently the project is running a bit behind. However I am very happy with this item and would recommend it.. The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda.
